On day 3, we cover: Coaching leadership style. self reflection techniques, interpreting eye contact, GAPS Model Coaching and observed practice of using GAPS.
On day 4, we cover: Dealing with coaching challenges, transactional analysis, management coaching, coaching Alpha males/females and observed practice using multiple techniques
