The nature of our work means that we are exposed to both personal and sensitive data.  Protostar consultants will always treat such information appropriately and all data held will meet your country's data protection laws. No personal data will be shared with 3rd parties with out express consent.

Business Ethics

Protostar consultants will at all times display high levels of business ethics and will not engage in supporting any customer initiative that is perceived to not be within the spirit and intent of relevant laws or where the nature of the initiative is inappropriate, discriminatory, or not conducive to supporting an appropriate working environment.

Supporting global organisations inevitably means long haul flights and Protostar will offset these using Climate Care.

 

In the UK we aim to use rail travel where possible or our Euro IV diesel cars.

 

Global Community.

Protostar have an office in San Luis Potosi Mexico and support a local rural community by collecting and delivering clothes/household goods every 3 months. Then every Christmas day we return to distribute gifts to over 250 children.  A highly rewarding and tiring Christmas!

We also support developing countries by outsourcing work to small privately owned companies for instance our Search Engine Optimization and brochure design work is done in Pakistan.  Our CRM system is kept up to date by a home worker in Ireland and another in Argentina. 

Protostar Leadership Development, is a proud supporter of PLAN, specifically with their work developing communities in Zimbabwe.  Our support is both financial and through taking vital resources when ever we visit Zimbabwe.
