How will this be delivered?
Two or three consultants will combine traditional training presentations with short exercises to ensure that the learning is embedded. Fun quizzes will help you to identify if more assistance is required and group discussions will allow you to learn from the experiences of others. The pace will be fast, upbeat, lively and humorous. You will not fall asleep!
