Leadership Training Programme
Tailored for your organisation, Protostar can design an inhouse leadership development programme and deliver leadership skills training in half or full day blocks, to a maximimum of 20 managers in any one session.
This training can be supplemented by 360 degree assessment, coaching and practical workshops designed to tackle specific issues within your organisation.

Supervisor Training

Supervisor training includes group work, actions before and after each session and can be tailored to your specific needs. A 360 degree assessment for supervisors is also used where appropriate. Sessions can be run as standalone events or combined to form a supervisory development programme.
Helping Others Through Change
In addition to a full package of support for change management, Protostar also deliver a standalone training day or half day, designed to equip managers with the basic skills required to help others through change.
Covers areas such as, varying reactions to change, why change can be stressful, how to utilise different attitudes to change, how to make the work environment conducive to change, how to overcome barriers to change, how to tailor behaviours to an individual. The half day session can be combined with the half day stress management workshop, as the two are closely linked.
Diversity Training
