Leaders often buy in to the need for a diverse team when they see the full business case. After an analysis of your business data, we will help the Leadership Team to fully appreciate the benefits of diversity to your organisation and agree an action plan.

Practicalities of Diversity

Creating and supporting a more diverse organisation may require changes in polices and procedures, for example, recruitment, job sharing and compensation. At this workshop, Protostar will help identify all policies and procedures that will require change, make reccomendations and get the process started for revision.
