Up To 100% Government Funding Available
In January 2010, Protostar became one of only a handful of private organisations eligible for funding under three government schemes.
- For organisations who want to take an innovative approach to developing their leadership teams, Protostar offer a range of award winning 360 online questionnaires, followed up by a programme of face to face coaching. If your organisation has not done something like this before, then 100% funding might be possible.
For companies in the private sector, most leadership training and coaching can be part funded up to 45%.
How do you get this funding?
A Protostar consultant will help you to analyse your leadership development issues and propose a solution. You then need to meet with your Business Link account manager and Protostar can help you to contact them and sit in on the meeting if you wish.
Assuming that Business Link agree that you meet the relevant criteria, then you will need to complete a short online application, which again Protostar will help you with.
Normally funding decisions are made within 14 days. If you are turned down for funding, then Protostar will offer you a 20% discount for having raised your hopes.
As much of this funding is being made available due to the recession, you are advised to apply ASAP. The development work need not start straight away but you should get your funding agreed while funds are still able to be allocated.
