Protostar provide a full executive recruitment service for senior and middle management positions. This could be targeted search and selection or through web/printed advertising.
After a detailed analysis of both the role and required competencies, Protostar will propose a method of recruitment.
All candidates who are put forward, will have been through a comprehensive biographical and competency based interview and have completed appropriate psychometrics. Once suitable candidates have been identified, the hiring manager will be provided with a comprehensive CV, psychometric report, recruiter notes and suggested interview questions.
Support can be provided for your subsequent interview process, either by running a mini or full assessment centre or by facilitating a behavioural interview along with your managers.
We have extensive experience of international recruitment and will partner where necessary with agencies in the relevant country. Obtaining visas, work permits and most other aspects of hiring internationally, can be project managed by Protostar consultants.
