Business Case Workshop

Leaders often buy in to the need for a diverse team when they see the full business case. 
 
After an analysis of your business data, we will help the Leadership Team to fully appreciate the benefits of diversity to your organisation and agree an action plan.  A bespoke design diversity training program will be proposed if appropriate.
 
 
 
Practicalities of Diversity

Creating and supporting a more diverse organisation may require changes in polices and procedures, for example, recruitment, job sharing and compensation. 
 
At this diversity training program workshop, Protostar will help identify all policies and procedures that will require change, make recommendations and get the process started for revision.

Coaching Minority Leaders
 
In a diverse team, it is essential that support is provided to ensure success. 
 
Minority leaders sometimes require additional support and coaching provides an excellent supplement to any internal support you offer them.
 
Protostar have three female coaches, plus one non white female and a male coach in his 60's.  Working along side our MD (white male mid 40's) we are able to match up appropriate coaches to your specific demographic if required.
